“This property has a great location, close to Garden of the Gods. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness was disappointing. The hot water in the bathroom was great, but the facilities were average. Unfortunately, the value for money was not good. Overall, it was an okay stay, but improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness and value for money.”

“Had to clean bathroom myself because it was disgusting. Went to get on elevator and people were sitting in it doing drugs. Alot of outside Lights burnt out so was not comfortable walking to car alone. Area for dogs to go to the bathroom was more dog poop (from very large dogs) than grass. My dog would not even go to the bathroom on it. We had to walk around the block in order for her to want to go. Manager was rude. Came to our room looked in door and asked if we were smoking in there. We don't even smoke. But its OK if homeless people are smoking drugs in elevator”

“Ryan, the manager, is great. I am a longterm guest and he gets to know your personal number when you call and greets you by name. He also does everything he can to make your stay better. Its a simple hotel, older style building but the room is comfortable and clean, no smell, and the housekeepers are great. No stove but there is a mini fridge and microwave. I was going to move to a house I was waiting to ve remodeled but as long as this place keeps its prices and service good I am choosing to stay longer because I enjoy it here! ”
