“I was at Yellowstone and realized that I didn’t have my purse. I panicked and thought I may have left it by the coffee machines in the lobby. I called The Cody Inn and the lady was so nice. She told me that she hadn’t seen my purse and ended up walking over to our room to check if I may have left it behind. She told me to call back in 10 minutes. We were in the park and it was hard to find any reception, but we waited and called back. I was so lucky! The lady found my purse on the bed. Her doing that for us saved us driving all the way back ( 1 hour at least) to start the day all over again. I was so grateful to her! The room also had two televisions! My husband loved that! We will stay there again if we are ever in the area. We are from Maine.”

“We actually added a second night here to our trip because we like the town and hotel so much. Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and just an overall lovely place to stay. Great water pressure in the shower and we got some of the best rest of our trip here.”

“Staff friendly but disorganized. They seem to have a lot of new staff that is still learning the ropes. Wi-Fi is terrible and they tell you the mountainous location is what causes the bad quality. It does not, the mountains have nothing to do with it. They just not have enough routers. The rooms are very Basic and small. I got a good price for the stay there but again you get what you pay for. Yellowstone is a 2 hour drive and most good and services shut down after 9pm in Cody.”
