“I am generally a fan of the 21c Museum Hotel chain, and have stayed in a handful of their other properties...they all have a similar stylish and arty vibe that I enjoy. The attached restaurant was a great place for our art museum opening celebration ... I will continue to stay at this hotel chain and look forward to exploring their other properties.”

“Easy to find, just right off the interstate. Food was good for a free hot or cold breakfast, they had a lot to choose from.”

“Needs updating but that being said the hotel is clean and offers many amenities. Indoor pool, small gym, and a restaurant. The staff are friendly and professional. I stay here often when I come to Cincinnati. The area has a lot of restaurants and shopping.”

“we were put into a room with no hot water and was told the hotel was full, so we were unable to get moved into another room. The water was so cold that were unable to get into the shower. On our checkout day, we were told that they would take care of half of our stay. That hasn't happened. Now they won't answer the phone. This is bad business, and I am member. I have stayed at Hampton several times and was always happy with everything, but this was horrible to not be able to take a shower”

“Had a bad experience. No pool as it was out of order. Kids were beyond disappointed. Wait an hour for our room to be cleaned. No shower curtain had to ask 3 times and wait 3 hours to get it. Bathroom light out. Bathroom door doesn’t latch shut. Fridge is full of frost and needs to be defrosted. Not enough workers present to get anything done. ”
