“Loved the prep vibe all over, from furnishings to wallpaper. Location wise, nearest drugstore was 5 min car ride away. There’s a restaurant on ground floor which seemed to be closest options for a few blocks. Was there to visit medical district so this was pretty convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Appreciated that there was a coin laundry in hotel. ”

“My room didn't have any air. I needed a room fast being that the temperature was 98 and we had a power outage at home. The room never gotten any cooler even after management came in and tried to fix it. They did offer to give us another room but I decided to go to another hotel. The room was clean and the hotel was very clean. Be careful of using your debit card. I was charged 4xs and a 150 deposit. Now I'm having a hard time getting my money back ”

“The hotel is very beautiful and equipped with a gym and swimming pool which I didn't use but I saw some children having fun swimming. It was also close to the place where I had to attend a convention. My room was wonderful, large, and very clean. Breakfast was good! All the staff at the reception was very kind and accommodating. The only negative thing was the lady who was in the breakfast area the first morning of my stay (May 21st). She was really rude to me. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But the lady the next morning was so sweet. So, overall my experience was very good and I recommend this hotel! ”
