“Agora and Best Western have not reimbursed me for not being able to stay because of a power outage. I have connected them several times including the morning after I stopped at the hotel on my way out of town! They keep assuming me it is in the processing. ”

“Room was very affordable with few issues. Beds were large, TV worked great with chromecast, never heard any noise from other rooms, breakfast was great and complimentary tea and coffee at all hours was appreciated. Only complaints would be the location is a bit lacklustre, away from most interesting things, and the shower in the bathroom was pretty bad (but at least it had a bath tub!).”
