“We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and we loved it - the room was exceptional, the staff was absolutely amazing, the location is perfect - close to the highway exit and not far from downtown. Although this time the room was not at all at the level we saw last time; noisy neighbors above made our first night difficult and the neighbors from the adjacent room with the loud TV made our second night very short. So I have mixed feelings about this place and YMMV”

“Best Western Hotel has been the cleanest and comfortable hotel for overnight or extended stay. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast selection was good and well stocked. Highly recommend this hotel. ”

One of I think only two places in chico that maintained their rates. That right there is all reason to stay, because of the company. They keep good hearts. ”

“I've stayed at Chico Super 8 several times over the past 3 years and I've always had an enjoyable stay, but this time my room was in poor repair carpet was disgusting burnt areas where the floor lamp was by the mirror & in front if the entertainment center had the same type of burned mark's on the carpet... The on button on the hair dryer wouldn't stay on. But the staff is always very helpful & kind. The breakfast could use a little more variety. But all in all it's a pleasent place to stay.”
