“Amazing touches in the room like the extensive lighting options, spacious bathroom, good views from floor 13, staff was very friendly, vibe check passed easily. But the bed. Oof. Horrible bed. Uncomfortable, and weirdly padded (maybe a mattress topper?). Pillows were meh too. Can’t give more than 3 of 5 when the primary purpose of the room falls short.”
