“We were very surprised that there was only 1 microwave in the entire hotel. Also we figured you would provide a continental breakfast, as most “lower end” hotels do. ”

“Good comfy beds, nice helpful staff. Breakfast very good except had to pay quite a bit for it. Wasn't as good as a breakfast you would pay for at a restaurant but was handy to have there. All in all was a very good place to stay.”

“Only problem I had was the spider website in the ceiling I was a little uncomfortable sleeping throughout the night I just didn't want to stay at the hospital ”

“The hotel is aging and needs an update. Ot may be a sign of the time (post-Covid), bit the front desk seemed a little overwhelmed and unprepared. We asked for extra blankets three times and were told they'd be right up. I offered to come grab them myself but was told they couldn't get any. The room was boomed for three adults, and only two towels were made available. We didn't request another, because we'd probably still be waiting there. Overall the stay was good, but I would expect better customer service.”

“The bed is so comfy, the sheets are so clean. The room is new and very vlean. Their lobby is stunning and very instagrammable. They could do better with their breakfast though, it was good but had limited choices in the buffet. Overall had a very pleasant stay.”

“It says on the app where i booked this hotel that breakfast is included and when i cgecked the pictures on this hotel, I’ve seen some decent breakfast not just coffee & donuts. The kids are hungry when they woke up and realized that its only donut & coffee, they don’t even have hot cocoa for kids. Donuts are dry and jyst one kind of coffee. I won’t recommend this hotel and won’t be back either.”
