“Was given a wrong room type initially but the front staff quickly rectified it. Room was small and old but clean. Location was very good. We can walk to most of the restaurants and shops. Wifi was good, free parking for guests. ”

“Stayed 2 days with family for a wedding. Check in was no issue. The included breakfast buffet is nothing fancy but is filling. The pancake making machine is fun to watch but the pancakes weren't great - perhaps a waffle maker would be better. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options. Our room was spacious and the build in desk/shelves were great for organizing our stuff. The bathroom was fine but bad lighting for doing makeup. The fireplace in the room was great and made our stay feel extra cozy. The weather was chilly outside so we decided not to check out the outdoor hot tub, but I could see it being good after a day of skiing. The hotel's location is easy to find off the main road Big Bear Blvd and it's easy to drive around town. ”
