“This Hampton is an older establishment but well kept. I initially booked a queen suite but was given a queen double. The rooms were as pictured. My only complaint was damp carpet (which I'm assuming was the result of steam cleaning) that eventually dried up by our second day. There was a lingering musty/damp smell. The lighting in the room is very dim but the room itself was clean and well kept. The bathroom was updated was spotless and we loved the complimentary body gel, shampoo and conditioner that was conveniently affixed on the wall in the tub. The beds slept great! I have lower back problems and seldomly wake up without any pain in my lower back but these beds were so comfortable and clean. No stray hairs, debris or spots were on the linen. The staff is AMAZING!! Everyone that I encountered was very cordial, knowledgeable about the area, responsive to our needs and simply warm and inviting. The beautiful woman that fixed the breakfast was so kind and the food was hot and delicious! They served everything you could want for breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed it and my stay. We were able to extend our stay an additional day(although the hotel was at Max capacity)and the clerk informed me that they would price match a lower price that was on a 3rd party site. The location is conveniently close to downtown Atl, shopping venues, tourist sites, eateries and so much more without being in a high traffic area. The kids enjoyed the pool and we'll definitely be booking at this hotel again!”

“Safe area, very convenient to Chastain Park , Mall shopping , restaurants . Breakfast needs improvement . Went down at 9:30 . Nearly everything was gone . Asked about eggs, told it was too late to make more. No yogurt or orange juice , 2 unsweetened cereals available . Staff was very nice, parking was free , super close to entrance . I would stay again . ”

“Easy walking distance to a nice shopping mall and many other shops, in a very nice bedroom community setting. Also, drive time to the city center or airport is only 30 - 45 minutes in reasonable traffic (i.e. not rush hour).”

“One they have mouses and roaches ants on wall they don't clean the room right stain on beds and many more issues receptionist are rude ”

“Worked but did have one free day. It was very nice. I don’t to often get to enjoy myself. The extra amenities and area were a big plus for me.”
