“Family owned hostel and the husband and wife are both so friendly, maybe too friendly as a solo traveller. I was a little overwhelmed by how much care they showed me, treated my breakie on a day and introduced me their friends around the village. The only down side is the location is little further than the heart of restaurants, sightseeing spots and convenience store, you need a scooter to make yourself convenient. However, the island itself is very small, riding around the island is within 2 hrs and you can always ride to another village to get what you need. Beware of unattached dogs though, they can be aggressive, barking or coming towards you especially at night.”
