“First and foremost, please employ some English speaking staff esp at the front counter for international travellers. Although staff was friendly, it was difficult to communicate or ask anything at all and most of the signage was in a Turkish too. The pool was closed during my stay and no one could tell us where the hot tub was. The room was big and beds very comfy but felt a little old. Housekeeping for the room maintenance wasn't done despite hanging the tag at the door. The coffee/tea/mineral water was only given after several calls. Hallways to the rooms were dark. For the price paid, I expected more. The mountain view was spectacular.”
