“We enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place. It has good facilities and very friendly staff. The best part is that it occupies floors 35-42 of the building. This means that every room has a great view of the Eastern city. The location is not great for sightseeing in the West but public transport gets you there. However, I would not rate this a 5-star venue, at least not in Singapore where I come from. ”

“I’ve been back 4 times now after staying at the Mercury (don’t do it!). This place is EXCEPTIONALLY clean and the food/drink is nice if a little pricey! My only real issue is that the only outdoor space is for smokers, so it’s pretty gross. There are no balconies or even a little garden and as someone that lives in the countryside I miss that. There is a shopping mall attached but it’s not great, if you want shopping go to the Grand Bazaar. The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept in and the rooms are large with massive windows. The best thing though is the staff. They remember your name, what you like and don’t like and try their hardest to be helpful. The area is pretty industrial and I’ve not found much to do in walking distance but it’s perfect if coming for any treatments as hygiene is first class.”

“The staff were friendly and attentive. However, there were some areas where improvement is needed. Transportation to the hotel was quite difficult, as it’s not easily accessible. If you're traveling without a car, this could be a challenge. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not up to expectations. While I understand that tastes vary, I had the unfortunate experience of being served moldy cheese, which is unacceptable. This was quite disappointing and raised concerns about food safety. With some attention to detail, it could be a much better experience.”
