“이스탄불 4일중 이틀동안 머문 호텔인데 부대시설이 너무 없으며 수영장도 너무 작고 답댠한 구조이며 사우나에도 씻고 나서 바를수 있는게 전혀 없음 다른 5성급 호텔과 비교 했을때 현저하게 떨어짐 조식당도 단수한 주문구조이고 메뉴가 너무 단순함 1박당 가격에 비해 퀄리티가 떨어짐 호텔 로비 라운지도 너무 작으며 호털 내부에서는 볼곳도 갈곳도 없음 룸은 편안하고 현대적 감각으로 좋았으나 그이외는 많이 아쉬움을 남긴 호텔이다 더 세인트레지스 계열 이스탄불은 추천하고 싶지 않으며 위치도 그닥 매력이 없는 곳이다”

“I recently stayed at your hotel from May 17th to 22nd, and I wanted to thank you for the pleasant experience. The hotel was very good, and I was especially satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. However, I found one situation a bit unusual. I had booked a double room under my name, and during the first night, one of my friends joined me. Later, another friend replaced the first one (not both at the same time), but the hotel informed us that there would be an extra charge because the second guest’s name was different. This was surprising to me, as I understood that a double room means two people can stay, regardless of who they are, as long as the booking holder (myself) remains in the room. I truly appreciate that the manager kindly accepted our request in the end, but I still found the policy quite unexpected. Thank you again for your hospitality, and I hope you find this feedback helpful.”
