“Lovely 5 star hotel that lives up to its price and name. Great location walking distance to many places and easy to get around by bus. rooms were small but good. We used the sofa bed and it was comfortable enough. Staff were helpful and friendly, though perhaps needing a little more training to support international guests. But they tried their best! Would recommend it as a 5 star option in the area. ”

“We booked for 4 nights during our visit to Istanbul. The location of the hotel was good as it was near to the Barbaros and Besiktas Meydan bus stations. Almost everything could be found near the hotel although all supermarkets near the hotel do close early around 08.00 PM. The only thing that we observed was that the housekeeping staff used the same Mop to sweep the washroom floor and the room floor, which grossed us out, and there was no washing machine in the studio apartment nor any cutlery for food, and there was no bellperson with luggage trolley on our arrival so we had to make multiple trips downstairs to bring our luggage.”

“Extremely disappointed, my husband and I were woken up early by noise pollution coming directly outside the hotel (screaming, beeping of car horns, people chanting) this went on for approx 15mins. When asked the hotel said they didn’t know and if I wanted a room change they would accommodate. When collecting the keys for the new room the concierge were unaware of why a room change was requested. On top of this the bathroom was NOT cleaned there were pubic hairs found in the bathtub. As a gesture of good will they sent someone to clean but still found hairs in the tub after it was supposedly cleaned and they sent a plate of baklava to the room. I came here with my husband as a continuation of my honeymoon and was disappointed that the room just had a pillow which said happy honeymoon, when coming from another 5* resort they went all out (non alcoholic beverage,fruit,chocolates). This was my first experience staying in a FourSeasons and I can’t say I would recommend this hotel in particular to anyone. The only positive service was from the Spa the staff there were very lovely and accommodating and managed to squeeze me in for a Hammam which was lovely. ”
