“Baan Krating; though an older resort is absolutely spectacular. Individual bungalows are nestled into a pristine jungle on the side of a cliff overlooking the Khao Lak coastline. If you are looking for peace and seclusion; it is the perfect place to escape to. I visited during low season and they were doing some renovations to some of the bungalows though this did not impact my stay. My only issue is - as I was a solo traveler, despite booking the best class of room - and there being several empty bungalows with better views, the staff intentionally put me in a bungalow with the worst view available, almost completely obscured by trees - which I was somewhat disappointed by. So, I would advise asking for the best room possible room available at check in. It is important to note also that the resort is quite far from Khao Lak town and has many uneven stairs, so elderly guests and those with mobility issues may want to consider another property. ”

“We booked the sea villa for 3 nights but eventually ended up extending it to 7 nights. The place was clean, serene and has great staff. Highly recommended. ”

“Wanaburee resort looks out on the ocean, and a backdrop of greenery, the beach is broad and clean. There are plenty of restaurants around accessible via a beach walk. The room was spacious and clean. During our stay there was a mainly elderly population which sometimes made us feel we were making too much noise with 2 young children. The breakfast was nice but could be elevated considering the roomrate, however we where staying in high season which could have affected the prices.”

“호텔 전체가 매우 청결하고 경치도 좋고 기분 좋게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 스탭 분들도 모두 친절했습니다. 레스토랑의 식사도 매우 맛있었습니다. 방도 넓고, 발코니도 보내기 쉽고, 조용히 여가를 즐기고 있는 게스트가 많았던 것 같아요. 해변도 눈앞에서, 매일 바다에서 푸카푸카 떠 있는 연배 부부나 해변에서 노는 아이 동반 패밀리 등, 마음대로 편안하게 보낼 수 있습니다. 자쿠지는 사용하고 싶어도 좀처럼 뜨거운 물이 모이지 않았던 것과 뜨거운 물이 더러웠기 때문에 한 번만 사용해 그만두었습니다만, 방콕의 물도 더러운 것을 생각하면 이것은 어쩔 수 없는 것 같은 생각도 합니다. 거리까지도 택시로 바로 갈 수 있고, 레스토랑이나 카페도 멋진 가게가 도보 권내에 있기 때문에 매우 좋았습니다.”
