“* The staff is super friendly and helpful * Breakfast is great * The corridors are in need of an uplift with old wallpaper and stained carpets * I had requested a quiet room when I made the booking, but I got a room that was on quite a low floor and facing the street. After asking if I could change, I got a room facing the courtyard instead. * The first room had a faulty shower head * The second room also had an issue with the shower and was missing a light in the main room which meant the room was quite dark. * The temperature in the room is set centrally so it is not possible to change the temperature in the room. It was very hot during the night. * Close to the train/bus station * Close to supermarket”
