“Someone started drilling on the wall of the room at 8 AM which couldn't be stopped until almost 3PM. The hotel staff said that it was the next hotel but couldn't solve the issue. In addition, my daughter misplaced her blanket near the reception. I asked the staff and luggage team but they completely denied seeing it. The next day when I insisted that I wanted to personally visit the lost and found room, the reception staff asked a person to see me who found the blanket in 5 minutes. Very disappointed that we would have lost it if I had not insisted to see the lost and found room the next day ”

“Booked from agoda and with smooth check in. Comfortable room and get extra bed for three person, all amenities provided-much grateful for cleaning team. Security guy always smile and will help you anytime. Delicious foods at cafe, especially salmon sandwich + buffaloes chicken wings. The breakfast buffet with varieties of choices and kids friendly. Smooth check out with Ms Bashyar, her smiles will make your day. Can't give enough appreciate to all, may Allah bless every sweat and smile for your hotel and next customers.”

“A good hotel n good facilities n good receptionist. The manager of the hotel taking care good of us after long day n stuck outside alharam due to the arrogant police in mecca. Pilgrims got stuck cannot go in to haram due to the road closure!!! Why did the police cloae the roads n pilgrims suffered for a few hours to check in to the hotel n perform umrah. The government should work closely n do not open to all visa for umrah to avoid crowded in al haram. This is important to reduce congestion. Do not make business for money n pilgrims suffered!!”

“Asalam Alikum, I have stayed in hotels across europe, middle east and subcontinent and being honest this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From cleanliness to staff, everything was flawless. It is on a hill top which may make it difficult for old people and children to go to haram but to cater it there is a shuttle service arrange by hotel every 1 min literally which leaves you to haram gate within 2 mins (never missed my prayer). There is also lift which goes to haram underground but haven’t tried it (would suggest to call and check). Will definitely love to stay here again. “Recommend this hotel. Very good hot breakfast but could improve it's selection and add yogurts and dry fruits. Friendly staff. But it is far away from Haram. Takes good 40 mins to walk. There is a limited bus service. ”

“The only problem is the bell boy at the end of our stay on the last day ruined the whole experience for us. When we were checking out he forced us to get a taxi that he would get for us. Unfortunately it’s a scam between this hotel staff (Asian-Urdu speaking) and the Pakistani taxi driver, where they force you to take the taxi and delay us heavily by taking us through busy and traffic roads and eventually ending up making us miss our train to madina, so that he would swoop in to say hey I’ll take you to Madina for only xxxSR! It’s a well planned scam. Fortunately we were able to see right through it and put the driver in his place so please be aware of such scammers. ”
