“Reception staff (Yosef) was very welcoming...hotel was crowded but he helped get early check in as I had missed my earlier flight and their team also adjusted booking dates to accomodate my travel dates. Had a wheelchair handy at all times. A bit of a walk to the main gate of Masjid -e-Nabwi but still reasonable. Only issue was the speed of the lifts and them being full (despite there being 8 of them) but getting on close to prayer time was quite tedious. Tub in bathrooms was a bit dated but still useful. “Enjoyed our stay in Rua. Friendly frontdesk for both check in and check out, to helpful bellboys. Good variety for breakfast buffet. Downside for this hotel is not many eateries around and quite a distance to woman's door at Masjid Nabawi.”

“The hotel is just next to the airport from where there are direct public buses (line 400, running roughly every 30 minutes, journey time 20 minutes) to Al Haram. The furniture in the room is a bit aged, but other than that it is perfect for a few nights for exploring the city. Even though it is next to the airport the noise from the planes could not be heard in the room. The buffet breakfast is OK for 1-2 nights.”
