“Hotel is located in the outskirts of Ponta Delgada, so everything is accessible by car (max 7 min until city center). Hotel is surrounded by massive garden, everything is nice. There is a free parking (lots of places). Breakfast is good, you can order omelette from chef. Standard rooms have a terrace with garden view, very nice addition. The only downside for the rooms is lack of ventilation, especially in bathroom, so it gets super humid from shower and weather itself. AC is basic, so it does not remove moisture. We have found much better option nearby for the same price. ”

“I've stayed in many nice hotels, and this was honestly one of my favorite stays. I was "stuck" in Portugal over Christmas while waiting on my resident card, so I found a cheap flight to the Azores. This was the first hotel I stayed in upon arrival to São Miguel, and if I hadn't already booked (nonrefundable) stays at other places for my remaining days on the island, I would have extended my stay here. The included breakfast was delicious, with many options. The Christmas lunch was also excellent with a variety of choices. The sauna, steam room, and pool area were very nice. The property is close to the airport but also close to "downtown" Ponta Delgada. Staff were kind and always super helpful. Oh and the room (including the view from the room) was incredibly comfortable and luxurious, including little touches like the soft slippers. Definitely plan to return and highly recommend this place to others!!! ”
