“We had an incredible stay at Crowne Plaza Vilamoura. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming—everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the food was absolutely delicious with a fantastic variety. A special highlight was how the hotel surprised us on my partner’s birthday—they left a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne in our room! It was such a thoughtful gesture and something no other hotel we’ve stayed at has ever done. It really made our trip extra special. Also, please don’t be put off by any negative comments about the building works next door—I honestly didn’t hear a thing. It was peaceful and relaxing from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back! ”
