“I stayed here for 6 nights. I paid in full when I checked-in and surprised when all of the sudden that I need to pay 11 Euros just because I watched a movie which doesn't even indicated that there's a corresponding payment for watching it. So when I check-out, this old guy who is in the reception surprised me by charging me an additional 11 Euros. When I am explaining to him my side, he was not listening and keep on insisting that I need to pay. The worst "hote" I ever stayed in. Breakfast is the same everyday, no variations at all. So dissapointing. I hope the old guy will be fired as he doesn't know how to handle clients properly.”
