“I parked, (self park), my car 25.00 usd fee. Resort Fee 45.00. So the room is not that affordable. The facilities are excellent, staff really helpful my room was very quiet, great noise insulation. I was looking for something in the rage of 150.009n a Wensday nite, I got slapped with a 223 dollar room. Thanks a lot. I will never tryst this or any app will call the property to check Resort Fees. If you ate on a Budget this is not your place!”

“We loved our stay at Tropica Beach Hotel. The staff were the best part, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a pineapple and rum cocktail and the friendliness woman who clearly loves her job in a way I aspire to someday feel about mine! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the room was cleanly and offered everything we needed. The fresh lemon water, coffee and beach towels and chairs were a nice touch too, and the location is central to main attractions of San Juan and walking distance to several cafes, restaurants and the beach. The only reason I gave 4 stars ok facilities is bc it doesn’t have a gym- that’s the only thing I’d change but they may not have space. ”

“We were looking for a cheap hotel for our last night in San Juan before our early Sunday morning flight. Pros: Staff were VERY accommodative and friendly! Fresh towels and hot water were great and a clean hotel room. Cons: As a group of four guys, felt safe traveling - however the chain lock on the door was broken. We were close enough to the patio area so could here noise from other guests. Otherwise would stay again if looking for cheap accommodation in a quiet part of San Juan!”
