“Service de qualité, personnellement, si je retourne à Cracovie, j'y retournerai sans hésiter ! Certe un peu loin du centre (3km à pieds) mais ça assure une certaine tranquilité, de plus il possible d'avoir accès à des transports en commun à moins de 100m.”

“I booked a room at the last minute but I could checkin without any problems. The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I have nothing to complain except for the location which was 30-40 mins away from the city. Overall I’d like to stay here again if I visit krakow sometime. ”

“House keeping needs to be improved. During my stay, housekeeping did not replenish the coffee in room facility, did not replace the dirty cup, did not clean the sink of the toilet or shower. All housekeeping did was make the bed. This simply is not good enough. Reception staff were ok but not to the standard that they should be in a four star hotel. The rooms did not even have a welcome pack with the details of the wifi, and places to visit etc. The shower was basically a mixer tap so the temperature needed to be reset each time you used it. The mini bar was completely empty and no draws in the room at all. It is a pity because without too much effort the guest experience could be improved considerably. Start with the rather lack luster housekeeping. Then make the other staff more customer focused, then change the showers and other issues with the rooms. The location is probably good for families with small children who want to use the water park but otherwise very poor. They could have some entertainment on a Saturday evening, that might help. ”
