“If you will book through Agoda and pay for it, your reservation is not granted in the place. The staff will tell you they are no longer connected with Agoda, and to get a room you will have to pay upfront. Of course, that would also depend on their availability. Regarding the room I had to pay for upfront because they did not grant my Agoda payment and reservation, the plugs in the room are loose, my chargers kept on falling off the plug, you have to do something to keep them in place. The staff forgot to make sure that towels are provided in the room that we have to request one and forgot to provide us the keys upon presenting the room.”
