“I always loved my Richmonde Hotel stay. The location is the best feature plus the staff are super! The sheets were great too but would appreciate more if the fridge was better. It can get a little inconvenient when there’s a booked wedding and there’s pictorial in G floor. ”

“I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds for 2 pax each room. I requested to get 1 room for couple which they did. The room's power card did not work at first but they gave us the card after 15-20 mins. So we have no air-con when we get there and took a while to cool the room. There are no complimentary set like coffee and tea but just water from the dispenser nearby. One of the rooms could have maximized if the hotel let us have at least 2 more guests without paying P1000/head (4 pax capacity). Buffet breakfast is just good - long wait time for refill, fried rice is too watery, empty food containers should never be experienced since there are still people eating within the window hours. All in all it's not a great experience for a frequent traveler but just fair-good since we spent our Christmas together with my wife and parents in this good hotel.”
