“역대 최악의 객실이었습니다. 입실 했을 때 에어컨을 틀어놨는지 엄청 추웠고, 바닥은 습기때문에 흥건하게 젖었습니다. 아무리 닦아도 습기로 인해 바닥에 물이 찼고, 바닥이 미끄러워 여러번 넘어질 뻔 했어요. 벽도 습기로 인한 물기가 있었고 캐리어와, 옷들도 전부 젖었고 곰팡이 냄새도 배었습니다. 침대 머리맡에는 곰팡이가 슬어있었고요. 침대는 땀냄새가 심했고, 똑같이 습기가 가득해서 무겁고 상당히 찝찝했습니다. 도저히 잠을 잘 수가 없어서 사진과 같이 침대에 개인 수건을 깔아 사용했습니다. 에어컨도 구식이라 소리가 엄청 심하고, 실외기가 바로 노출이 되어있는지 실외기에 떨어지는 빗소리가 천둥소리같이 큽니다. 휴양을 목적으로 수영장을 보고 오시는건 비추천 드립니다. 빨간색 수영모를 반드시 착용해야하고, 핸드폰을 갖고 수영장에 들어가는게 불가합니다. 그냥 오로지 수영 연습과 스파를 목적으로 오세요. 스파와 서비스, 응대는 만족합니다만 , 객실은 지금껏 여행했던 모든 나라를 통틀어 가장 불만족스러웠습니다.”

“습도가 너무 높아 바닥이 미끌거리는점과 냉장고가 없는거 빼고 만점입니다. 다시 마닐라에 가게되면 또 예약할 것 같습니다”

“It's our 5th time whenever we need to relieve our stress. We always get what room we prefer especially the part away from tgmhe busy street. We always get a welcome treat in the form of delectable brownies. Staff are always respectable and accommodating. Room is always clean. Checking in and out was never a hassle.”

“Staff was kind and offered to let us check-in even if we arrived almost 2 hrs early and it was christmas eve, also initially booked a room with 2 double beds but got upgraded to a family room with 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds for free. Wasn't able to use the bunk beds since we're only 3 but I appreciate the free upgrade. Room is clean, spacious, but a bit dim. Not sure why lights are blinking everytime we use the shower. Hopefully too they can provide slippers, floor rag, a small table for eating, and double locks for the doors but all in all it was sulit and clean. Towels provided upon request. Would recommend if you just want to have a restful sleep since you cant really use the tv and the area is quiet. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Paid only 2k since it was on promo, sulit for a hostel especially if u just need a place to sleep. ”

“Pros: Modern room vibe. Better than most you can find around the area for the price. Cons: Limited parking space. Basement parking is just good for small cars and motorcycles. Not for pickups and mid to large sized SUVs. Only 2 slots available at the front. We're just lucky that there's one available during our stay. All-in-all, we really liked the room. Fairly large bed, very comfortable, and there's fairly more than enough space. ”

“Sent a msg re early arrival. Acknowledged. On the day of arrival the staff failed to relay the msg to the guard. I had to look for a parking space in the area at 630 am. Major inconvenience! ”
