Aries는 우리의 숙박이 즐거웠을 뿐만 아니라 기억에 남을 수 있도록 최선을 다했습니다. “My family and I checked in here because we had a wedding to attend to in a nearby hotel. The receptionists were very accommodating of our early check in request (of course, with fees) and answering our queries. The hotel does not have any elevator so I wouldn’t recommend this for a group with senior citizen. We checked in with our baby and there are some sharp edges that needs to look out for. Telephones in the rooms are non-functional so you either have to go all the way to the lobby to request stuff or reach them via mobile which is a bit of inconvenience. The hotel is not senior citizen/PWD/baby-friendly but overall, our stay here was decent. I would recommend this if you: a) are a solo traveller, b) have a business meeting, c) are a couple, d) family with older children, and e) group of friends”

“Location was perfect since it's near the park, baywalk, convenience stores, Church, other hotels, and recommended restaurants to try when you are in Subic 👍 Staff was kind enough to accommodate us even we arrived very late during the first night of our stay. They were responsive as well every time we make phone calls to the reception/lobby. The Lobby, restaurant, hallway and rooms were clean during our stay. There was just a strong smell from the laundry I think when going to the rooms from the lobby. I think some of the rooms have some improvements yet, like our TV has cable but not a Smart one compared to the other room we booked. We cannot use the ceiling fan/light since its remote control is defective (i don't think the reception has extra batteries for it). The room was cold but too cold for us, and same with the ceiling fan, the remote is defective as well, we cannot control the swing and temp, just the option of having cool or dry function. We also knew during the last day of our stay that the curtains were not a black out one so we were visible/seen from the outside even with the bedside light is on. The doors can't be easily open, I hope they use keywords for easier access for the guests. Overall, the value for the duration of our stay was okay. It's possible we come back but we hope they improve the facilities further, maybe the hallway/lobby to match the aesthetics of the rooms.”
