“Better if they can start their breakfast early @6am like any other standard hotels and gym access is 24/7 especially for international travelers with time zone difference. The rest is fine, good location, good food and staff… ”

“Satisfied with our stay because my nieces enjoyed and have fun but there were some disapointments with the services offered by the hotel. I called up the hotel service for assistance for I need spoon to be used in our room but there were no spoon provided to us. I've waited until 5pm but to no avail I didnt received one. Second is I called up for assistance for our luggages because we need to check out early at 9:30am but no one answered our call despite of the 10min time of calling them. What if there was an emergency, whom are we going to call to? ”

“This is the only hotel I’ve stayed in who doesn’t provide toothbrush and you can only borrow the iron for 3 hours. Also, my hotel keycard did not work 3x that I had to go down to the reception to report it, I didn’t even hear a single apology for the inconvenience. There are better hotels there and will never go back here.”

“첫인상은 위치가 좋다 입니다. 인근 레저 및 쇼핑 시설에 쉽게 접근할 수 있지만, 날이 갈수록 차량 통행량이 많아집니다(휴일이 코앞으로 다가왔기 때문일 수도 있습니다). 킹사이즈 침대와 엑스트라 베드가 설치된 슈페리어룸을 예약했습니다. 객실 공간과 기능은 괜찮았습니다. 좀 더 편리하게 화장실에 핸드타월을 제공해줬으면 좋겠습니다. 직원들은 훌륭하고 따뜻합니다! 조식 뷔페는 예약에 포함되지 않았지만 체크인 시 준비했고 가격도 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 일일 선택은 괜찮았습니다. 우리를 여기에 머물게 한 것은 위치입니다. 원포인트(One Point)와 SM 시티 몰(SM City Mall)까지 통로로 연결되어 있습니다. ”

“Rooms are clean and beds were comfy, perfectly functioning AC, bathroom was a little bit on the smaller side. Staff were warm and great at their jobs - from the front desk, security, F&B crew and housekeeping. Thumbs up to Richel from the breakfast crew. McDonalds, 7/11, a bake shop and other shops right across/around the hotel.”

“We have a great stay at this place. They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Pauline was of great help. She went way beyond to make our weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks Pauline and Ria for a wonderful weekend!”

“숙소 위치나 컨디션은 나쁘지 않아요 그런데 에어컨이 바깥벽을 뚫어서 설치해놔서; 그 벽틈으로 바깥 소음이 새벽까지 들려서 힘들었네요 요청했더니 고층으로 바꿔주셨는데 에어컨은 동일하네요 숙면은 힘들었습니다..”
