“Its a nice newer hotel in Davao City. Very close to the airport, and to various malls. Facilities are excellent. Of course, hotels like this needs a few improvements. Here are my takes. First is check ins, check in takes 20 mins and another hour for the rooms to get ready. By the way i came 2pm for my check in. Second, the bathroom is not so clean. Some molds/algae are present on the grout line of the showers. Third, breakfast food is very good. But the staff are not so attentive. I serve my self with water and coffee, they wont even mind when I took the pitcher of water from their bar. Fourth, staff should know their affiliated hotels resort, google is much more informative when asked. Over all, the hotel is better choice in Davao, if you have extra budget. I frequent in this hotel for more than 5 tomes. But It will be excellent if they do improve on this. Still recommendable though.”
