“It's like expectation vs reality! The host never contacted us for our room number. It took us a long time just to get it from the inbox! When calling, the host isn't responsive! I was so disappointed! And there's no enough parking space and need to pay 350 pesos just to get a decent parking within the building. And I was told by the Guard that if we book via agoda, most of the time they'll steal an occupied room! We were totally so stressed for this booking! I'll never recommend it to anyone! ”

“The property offers good amenities, and the property manager/owner provided clear instructions via Agoda on how to get to the unit. However, parking was a bit of a challenge — the designated spaces were full when we arrived, so staff had us park on a patch of Bermuda grass. The area was quite dark at night due to the lack of outdoor lighting in the parking area. While the building itself is a bit dated, our two-night stay was still pleasant. The location is convenient, with nearby stores, and getting around was easy—we simply hailed a tricycle when needed.”
