“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The staff were quite rigid and unaccommodating. Their attitude felt cold and lacking in flexibility, especially when it came to adjusting to my schedule. I had prior arrangements that required some understanding and cooperation from the hotel, but instead, things were made more difficult for me. I believe better communication and a more welcoming approach would have made a big difference. ”

“We stayed at one- bedroom apartment,, it was nice and clean. The hotel is new. The only two negative issues are: 1. Two of the valet parking staff (old Bangladish) are unproffesional and rude and have zero experience in dealing with the clients. 2. The room does not have mirror. And the toilet mirror box contradics with the small sink.”

“This is the best hotel in Muscat, when it comes to price, place, & personnel. The price is reasonable, the location of the facility is just at the center of Al Ghubra (just a walking distance to 3 prominent shopping centers-- Avenues, Ikea, Lulu), and Ramada Encore by Wyndham Hotel is blessed to have wonderful people who work for them, special mention goes to Ms. Gima (Dining Manager) & Ms. Myra (Front Desk Manager). These people & their staff made our short stay a wonderful experience. Definitely, we'll revisit the place & recommend it to friends. Thank you!❣️”

“There’s a lot to like about this hotel: good value, great location, nice breakfast spread. My only issue is that the gym does not operate 24/7 compared to other 4-star hotels in Muscat. There’s no gym attendant and near the entrance there’s a waiver of some sort that you’ll exercise at your own risk. So I don’t get it why only has to open until 10 pm. For travellers who need a 24/7 gym access, chose other 4-star hotels in the vicinity. ”

“Welcome was very friendly from the reception.. also the check in was smooth and fast . One issue I have noticed into the room I stayed.. all the electric sockets are one .. other things the dust bit at the toilet is old and rusted from bottom.. also one more suggestion in all coredoor should be a refreshing ”

“I arrived at midnight, there's no bath robe and some other amenities. The sound of my neighbor is too loud shouting till early 4am. The rest is great especially rich breakfast. ”
