“Confirmation of booking said 3pm We arrived to bed just been slept in, bathroom not cleaned and room totally not serviced Owner turned up at 5.40pm saying checking is not until 6pm ......I showed him email Confirmation stating 3pm Howe he would not take ownership of it blaming the booking company I find it hard to understand how this place would clean two rooms, two bathrooms and change linen, make beds of two rooms efficiently in 20 minutes . ...based on their apparent Check-in time of 6pm !! Furthermore the place is on Baldwin street, an experience I thought this may be ...until we arrived and read email stating that no way were you to park at the property and you would need to park you vehicle on the street- Baldwin street - the steepest street in the world....that is if you are lucky enough to find a park that close at least 3 houses down from the motel.....have fun walking back yp that street with your shopping or your luggage or in your heels The advertising of the property greatly misleads you to thinking you have use of tge upper level....no way that's owners residence...and the mountain views advertised- you faintly see from the bottom level where you will be staying looking through the trees and shrubs in front if the Shady deck level you will be on Had to find other accommodation immediately this night we booked as the rooms weren't ready and we needed to be at a function at 6.30 pm....so still awaiting my refund ......not my problem your Confirmation email states 3pm check in and you don't get home from work till 5.40pm to clean rooms ”

“Beds were clean and room was spacious..bathroom was large and clean..old old building that needs a uplift..did us as no other accommodation available so if your desperate its a yes ”

“Lots of great touches - the amenities, the robes, the slippers, very nicely made & comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and we chose this accommodation because it was so spacious with 2 bedrooms - loved having an upstairs! Would return if a new carpet/faux wooden floor (easy to clean) could be put down plus a fresh lick of paint! Welcome staff very friendly and provided an easy efficient check in.”

“장점 1. 가성비를 추구한다면 나쁘지는 않습니다. 2. 클래식한 서양 호텔 느낌이 잘 살아 있고 방 면적이 크며 층고도 매우 높습니다. 3. 방에 전자레인지, 싱크대가 있어 간단한 조리음식을 먹을 수 있어 좋습니다. 단점 1. 100년도 더 된 시설이라 방음이나 난방 등에 다소 불편함이 있습니다. 2. 뒷마당을 주차장으로 개조해서 쓰고 있으나 매우 좁아 5~6대만 주차 가능하며 밤늦게 숙소에 들어온다면 길가에 주차해야 하는 애로사항이 있습니다. 주말이면 그나마 바로 앞 길에 대도 되는 듯 한데, 평일이면 근방에 주차자리를 찾기 어려울 수 있습니다. 3. 옥타곤까지 걸어다니기 힘든 거리이고, 렌터카를 이용한다면 더니든 시내에서는 주차 자리, 요금 문제를 고민해야 하므로 이 점 고려해야 합니다.”
