“Check in and checkout was seamless. Great service from the front desk. Room itself was spotless with a comfortable ergonomic chair. Location is not tiptop but just a short walk to Central icity Mall, right opposite the light forest and waterpark. Plenty of shops and convenient stores are found across the road. Breakfast at Makan Kitchen was mediocre with limited options available. Long waiting for a table during the peak hours. Certain food and beverages ran out yet nobody replenish them. Staff should control the quantity of food each guest take at a time. Eg. The chef was making 8 pieces of pancake each round but all were taken by 1 guest. Dinner at Tosca was the worst experience. Kids were noisy running around, food quality was subpar for the price we paid, the entire ambience doesn't look like an upscale eatery. Fortunately the Chinese manager was helpful to check things out and offer some alternatives. Overall, it's worth a short stay for families looking for convenience to the amenities.”
