“Enjoyable stay. The staff upgrade my room to the newly renovated room for free. Also requested for late check-out and they do not hesitate to allow it as long as I check out before 2pm. Just one minor setback, there was a dog chasing us at the hotel car park while we want to enter the lobby. Luckily everyone is safe. Staff may need to pay attention to this. There is no swimming for kids plus the pool surrounding is not maintained properly. ”
