“We spent the first night unable to sleep because of an adjacent karaoke looking criminal type bar, asked to be moved so there are in fact silent rooms (hotel was nearly empty) but woke up completely covered in bed bug bites. Was offered a partial refund for this second night which was insufficient but we had to catch a flight. No fault of the front desk staff but the management needs to look in the mirror. As a guest I'm not a walking bank account, I am a guest and I deserve at least a little more respect this type of business gives itself. To be avoided.”

“We arrived late as we only have the last tickets on the day of 30th Dec. And it was nearly 7pm in the evening when we just arrived at the hotel. Maybe bcos of full house of the passengers in the arrival during that time make us coming out much late. We have to rush despite our fatigueness, so without thinking much or asking anything since we believed once the room had booked, everything would be alright or all in a very good conditions. Yes ofcos the staffs whom were incharge at the front desk were very polite & helpful upon our arrival /check-in, even listening with empathy when received our complaint the next morning on our 2nd day of staying. While in the evening at the same day as we back to hotel from outing, the staff gave us a new key room which meant that we have to changed into another room (301) near to our 1st room (302) completed with 3 bottles of mineral water, 2 coffee packages which we hadn't have before in our 1st room, more comfortable room even without window & bathroom /toilet tape /hose even also in good conditions then the first room we have. Upon our departure /check out at the 3rd day of next mid morning, the staff still polite & very helpful by assisting us with the transport /taxi which lodged us to ferry terminal for the early afternoon departure. On this matter i would like to says many thank you to the staffs and management & give them with a full 5*****++ on their perfomance within the very good customers care & hospitality. But No Recommended for elder citizens /disable citizen or people with a knee pain or with asthma or with any serious ilness conditions especially for the triple bedroom offers which was located at the 3rd floor of this hotel. for this situation you have to climbed up to 6 - 7 of flat staged stairs in this 4 storey building before you reach your rooms or if you have to go down stairs again when your need something or want to make any **complaint to the front desk at the ground floor because there are no room to room hotel phone. **Yes i want to make a complain about the blockage sink that we only noticed 2hrs after arrival, the broken tile which exactly infront of our bathroom door which seem dangerous once you got a fault step or didnt be careful when your passes it or didnt looked down before your step in or out from the bathroom. And the more unlucky during our 1st night of an arrival, there was a leakage between the ceiling wall as that night was a heavy raining occured, some raining water fallen straight onto my face make me woke up at 3am - 430am that morning and made me cant continued my slept. Maybe this was because of the heavy rainfall during at the time that make the leakage worsen. Not to disturd my two adult children, so i have to move my bed downside by myself just to prevent more wetten on my pillow & face. Because it already late so i planned to wait until morning to make some complaint or just waiting for the room service to tidy our room as we planned going out to seek for foods & shopping next morning.”
