“Got a chance to stay for a 4D3N in this spacious apartment. The host was helpful and quite responsive. Check-in/out was convenient and hassle-free but unfortunately, during my stay, the room was not ready during my arrival/check-in time. For those driving, car park entrance could be quite a hassle, especially during peak periods where there will be jams at the entrance. You have to park at the temporary parking space (only 3 lots) right outside the car park entrance in order to collect the access card to enter. Thankfully, there’s a guard on standby to assist you in controlling the traffic. In terms of cleanliness, rooms, and toilets were clean but only the private pool area where the owner could probably look into for improvement. Cigarette butts were seen on the floors and even inside the pool, probably thrown from the residence on the higher floors, and dried bird droppings on the floor of the pool area. Driving around KSL area could be quite frustrating due to the heavy traffic especially during rainy weather and on Mondays where they will close part of the road (5 pm onwards till late) to make way for the night market. The location is great and easy to access KSL Mall. There’s even a private lift from the car park straight to your apartment (7th Floor) but could have a stench smell at times as the lift also be used for cleaners to clear the garbage. Overall, the entire stay experience was just average but good for big families with young children.”

“I loved the apartment, it's spacious and sooo comfortable. The spacious bathroom and bathtub are huge pluses. Furthermore, it's located in a nice, central location that's easy to Grab around from. However, there were some issues. Firstly, as comfortable as the bed was it was most definitely NOT clean. I had a bit of a breakout after staying there and that's rare for me. Secondly, I think the apartment could be made more secure. There is no bolt lock on the front door (electronic plus regular door lock), the back door connected to the toilet (just a door lock), or the bedroom doors (no locks at all). While the locks all worked well, it still did make me feel a bit paranoid. That, paired with the noise outside, made it difficult to rest at night. I also think it's important to point out that upon entry, you have to climb up a flight of stairs, so it's not the most convenient if you have big bags, but I didn't have any issue with that. That being said, the place is so tastefully designed and otherwise, comfortable. I hope they can make improvements to the safety and cleanliness, and would love to return if they're able to do so. :)”
