“Todo esta muy bien, yo mejoraría un poco la variedad del buffet (de la cena) y solo no decir que el hotel tiene playa privada, por que no es verdad, pero fuera de eso el personal y la limpieza increíble. (Hay que poner más salidas al club de playa)”

“Took us 3 hours to check in and back and forth with Agoda and dreams hotel as the hotel didn’t seem to have the reservation I made 4 months prior. Had the confirmation email/reso number and agoda could see it, but it had never been sent over to the dreams from Agoda even though we had paid in full. Finally they were able to accommodate us after 3 hours but into a lesser room than we had booked and paid for. And, the air conditioning didn’t work in our room. We called down 4 times to the front desk to ask about fixing this and everytime they said someone would be right up but no one ever came. The resort itself is beautiful and the food and drinks were great. Serving staff was great too. If it wasn’t for the fact that we spent 3 hours being told we didn’t have a reservation and then to get a cheaper room for the same price (with out air conditioning) it would have been a great holiday. ”
