“I enjoyed my unplanned stay in this hotel as the location is surrounded by dining options and businesses. The staff is quite accomodating. There kitchenette is great for longer stays”

“Todo muy bien con el hotel, bien ubicado muy buen servicio. Wl personal es eficiente y siempre estan listos para apoyar. Dos detalles, cobran el estacionamiento, que al parecer no es propio y el inodoro de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente. El personal de mantenimiento fue a revisarlo wn cuanto lo reporte, lo dejaron "bien" pero al volver a usarlo no hacía el sifon correctamente. Un detalle muy incomodo. Ni las albercas, ni las tinas de hidromasaje tienen calefacción.”

“Good hotel, but the location is not the best. It's far from the beaches and far from the city centre. However, it worked well for me as I didn't want to be in hotel zone and used Cancun to visit other places around. ”

“Clean and sound overall, but there is no refreg in the room, and not enough instructions as to the facilities in the building. With those improvement, I believe the location of this hotel helps a lot for good reviews. The staffs are very nice, so thank you all!!”
