“The room was clean and well prepared. The staff was polite but there were so many things happening, like the room card wouldn’t open the door so I had to contact the staff to open it for me remotely. Then I had to move to another room and they took me to an occupied room. Then I had to wait for another option and ended up in the same room level but on a different floor. So either it’s a human factor or their system problem, but this needs to be improved. Ah yes, they don’t provide a HAIRDRYER. In winter. ”
