“We couldn't park our car in parking lot since it is full. The thing is that I am paying that much for this service. I am also paying that much for that 4 star hotel provides me a well connected wifi, slippers, cleaning materials etc. When I asked for slippers, recepcionist not wearing a mask though told me that they dont provide slippers due to pandemic. It is crazy! ”

“The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. The booking details say there is a front desk…well there’s not. I rang the bell for the front desk for over an hour and there was nobody ever there during my stay. I eventually found an open window to a room I figured was mine and got in that way because I had to use the toilet so bad. The neighbors told me the day before and o. Their day of arrival somebody was occupying their rented room. The wifi went down late the first night and was still down the next day but again there was nobody to contact. The outside terrace area is a shared space with the room next door. And there is a huge barking dog in the next house that barks incessantly all day. ”
