I did not expect my suite to be as big and beautiful as it was. It was luxurious, well decorated and very clean. I could not have wished for a better stay. “We stay around 3 nights, we are 2 friends from Qatar. Reception staff is flexible and friendly and helping. Room is clean, new building and sea view balcony. In totality it's superb. Management is multilingual and user friendly. ”

“The hotel is old, hasn’t been modernised since a long time, but it’s fine for 2/3 nights honestly if you are discovering the city and consider the hotel only to sleep! They don’t provide water in the room so you have to pay 1$ for small bottle, the breakfast was poor, and the room isn’t the best! Maybe they should invite in renovations to make the hotel ready for the summer session! The location is great and very close to the sea side in Jounieh! ”
