“Nothing bad to say about this magnificent well situated property except it’s overly excessive use of plastic in guest amenities. Our bathroom had a total of nine little tiny bottles of soap, shampoo etc that inevitably will end up in landfill daily. Shouldn’t we be using refillable bulk packaging soap holder for permanent use in the rooms in this day and age ? Climate change has definitely taken its effect with global warming. A month when Lebanon usually has snow we are all walking around in t shirts. Same goes for the many small plastic bottles of water in rooms. There must be another way to reduce such a massive waste issue in this beautiful sea side Mediterranean country. Glass bottles that can be refilled and kept in fridge. Charge a small fee to take as a souvenir ? It’s very sad … management should be more eco friendly minded and create less waste with this packaging in the hundreds of rooms they have across the world. ”
