“I always find this hotel to be extremely friendly and helpful. The staff works very hard to make everything right and they really seem to love working there. Miss Pansy and her husband run a tight ship and are much beloved by all the guests. It is truly a gem in Negril. Always my # 1.”

“I stayed there for 2 nights and the price was good. Upon arriving I got a room I wasn’t pleased with and it’s just that I had to climb a little stairs but I made it work. Now the room that I stayed in got a mini fridge, no closet but u do get a dresser. The bathroom has an odor so we had to keep the bathroom close. The do have hot water which is good. There’s a beach well, the sea was soo rough when I went there I thought it was raining but it was just the beach. The location is great because there is a lot of food places near by where u can grab something to eat. Overall I give it a 7/10.”

“I feel as the front desk wasn’t informative or even polite except Beverly and some bar tenders they were not as polite or friendly overall the entertainment staff was phenomenal always in a good mood cheerful and friendly room service was good food was ok but I wouldn’t return based upon my initial reaction or experience with staff they didn’t accommodate my room I paid for and I did change so to a new staff member ”
