“Bathroom is nicer than a hotel, clean and you have a kitchen. Beds are nice, quiet, not bunk. Great place. Make sure of the location, read the numbers on the gates, google maps is slifhtly off”

“Très bel hôtel en plein centre de Vicence. Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner de grande qualité. Reste à améliorer le check in : personne à la réception, il faut passer par le spa à côté et attendre que la personne soit disponible (pas de sonnette ou de mot explicatif). Le parking proposé est un parking privé à 500m de l'hôtel, facturé 10€ pour une moto. Enfin il faut ajouter 7€ pour la taxe de séjour payable au check in.”

“The hotel is well located just 4 minutes walk from Vicenza Station, next to  Campo Marzio. Looks fairly unassuming from the outisde but has an attractive grand marbled lobby. The double room was huge with a good size bathroom. The air conditioning was effective which is needed this time of the year in Vicenza. Vicenza is a small place so you can walk most places from this hotel in a short time. For example the Teatro Olimpico which is more or less the other side of town is just 15 mins walk, so a hotel's location is not that critical and I thought the proximity to the station was very handy. So overall pretty good. Just a couple od small things which should be addressed as it is listed as a 4 star hotel. First it would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This is pretty much standard even in small hotels and guest houses these days so really should be available in a 4 star.  Second, the cleaning staff were quite noisy talking to each other in the hallway from quite early on in the morning, and  on one day they seemed to be having a rather loud heated discussion, I hesitate to say argument, which was rather unprofessional not to mention annoying if you are trying to lie in. Perhaps a discreet word in the ear of the cleaning staff wouldn't go amiss. Anyway, apart from the aforementioned, this is a perfectly nice hotel and I would be happy to stay there again.”
