“We stayed in the top floor suite and it was awesome! Very spacious and comfortable. It's been a hot summer and the room does not have AC. We opened the windows and used the fans provided to sleep comfortably. The room sleeps so much more than 2 people. It has good wi-fi, a great kitchen and bathroom. What made this the very best was Losah. She stayed in contact with me through our entire commute that day. We traveled from South Italy all the way up to Tirano. We were at the mercy of trains and at the end a taxi ride. It was supposed to be Uber but that canceled when we needed them and we struggled to find a taxi. Losah was there trying very hard to assist us find a taxi. Way above and beyond customer care!! I can't speak highly enough about Losah's personal approach. I want to mention that the location is perfect if you are taking a train or the Bernina Express. The town itself is charming and if you can, stay a few days. It's beautiful and you will be happy with your room if you stay here.”
