“This year we went quite over our holiday budget and decided to visit Lake Como (first time) for a prestigious classic cars event. Cernobbio is actually a very quiet, private, well preserved, luxury nice little town, although very pricy to stay. The place much less crowed than the city Como and Bellagio. No chain restaurants, all small quiet restaurants, absolute impeccable experience. The hotel facility is great. The swimming pool is clean and next to a BBQ open restaurant, very reasonable price food. The bar is very nice and quiet atmosphere, spacious comfortable sofas, we had couple Negroni in the bar. I never knew a small quiet town can go so crazy with the classic car event. The experience is one of a kind. The highest budget of our holiday but also the best memorable one. ”
