“Great end to my India trip. Staff are exceptional and they seem genuine. During Xmas season, they have a kids club with activities like mocktail making and cookie class. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in delhi as the hotel is great & also convenient location. Call out of Vika in housekeeping who was awesome and the staff at breakfast. ”

“This was my 5th stay here in 18 months with my team. Best location Best staffFood 4/5 . But this time Roon 224 hada few issues. Itwas very cold in Delhi and AC in room wont shyt off. Repairmen tried 2/3 times then shut it off from mains. They provided a room heater which was fine. 2. The doorwont stay open as a plate at themechanismwas missing. 3. The locking chsin on door was missing only its holder was there. I narrated this to a Reception staff at checkout. ”

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.. the only setback is that the rooms are small.. we added an extra bed and it became too congested.. otherwsie, overall, nice place to stay! “This is a hotel where the staff training really is exemplary. The rooms like many hotels in India have not been updated for modern electronics. However, this is not a major issue. The level of service is outstanding the design of the hotel whilst not on par with some of the Granda, palaces in India is certainly an architectural gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, and I intend to stay again in the very near future. My special, thanks to the concierge who is absolutely outstanding I thought the food was relatively inexpensive for room service. I made the mistake of moving to a more modern and very well-known market brand hotel for part of my stay. It was a huge mistake! The rooms are sizable and quiet with good air-conditioning and excellent blackout blinds. The bedlinen is of high-quality. There is a lot of attention to detail e.g. I counted five bottles of mineral water placed around the room. Good value for money. ”
