“We were given an option to upgrade it to one of the village theme stays & opted for American one. Considering they are in their initial months of starting the operations, there are loads of things that can be improved upon. Starting from checking the readiness of the room before guest checks in, communication between various groups, serving of meals etc. Location & ambience of the place is superb but the overall services need to improve to match the infrastructure.”
