“the hotel location is perfect. the services and the facilities are perfect. the room space and cleanliness are perfect . One thing I would like the management to look into is that I couldn't find the original Indian tea, the hotel tea is just ordinary (the Masala & the Original), and there was no taste. I have asked the hotel staff several times for an original tea to be made for me, but still I'm not satisfied. ”

“Hotel is new and clean though room size is a bit small and in some room there is no electric kettle or hairdryer provided. Location is very convenient to walk to Colaba market and not far from the train station. Nice restuarants are within a few mins. walk as well as a small supermarket. Mr. Adesh Bhagat, reservation executive, is very helpful and considerate. One of the bellboy (with glasses) is very smart and help us solve our problem with transportation to airport. I will stay here again if I have a chance to visit Mumbai in future.”

“The breakfast was very sad though maybe they have thought of saving food wastage by not having the food displayed and serve it straight from the kitchen on order however by the time food is served it is already cold and doesn't have the good taste. Though the Location is perfect but the hotel ambience is very depressing and dull they need to put some life to the facility. It was definitely not worth the costs we paid.”
